Watchdog Group AS operates an Information Security Management System certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by Insight Assurance. The certificate and scope are public; the independent penetration test report is available through a manually reviewed access request.
Protecting your data
Our application uses organization-based access checks, organization-scoped document access and separate organization search namespaces. Integration credentials receive application-level AES-256-GCM encryption. Multi-factor authentication and organization-level MFA requirements are supported.
Customer data is processed to provide invoice and agreement analysis. Our policy prohibits using customer data to train AI models. Storage and processing locations vary by service, including some processing outside the EU/EEA; see the subprocessor list and DPA for details.
